Job Overview As a Senior Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for supporting the business through estimation, analysis, and insight generation for our trade and development item surface areas. Your primary focus will be on driving the utilization of analysis as a key revenue driver to increase recruits and business conversions across several recently expanded global tiering drives. You will assemble analyses, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that provides critical support to the operations and decision-making for the sign-up and business item spaces. Key Responsibilities Answer key business questions and provide analytical expertise on the different trade streams to improve the customer experience and increase conversions. Advance the analytical capabilities of the business, collaborate in the design of analytical solutions, and deliver exceptional data insights and products. Utilize data visualization tools, SQL, and scripting languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data. Apply descriptive and inferential statistics (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, regression, factor analysis, etc.) to understand customer behaviors and have an impact across the business. Develop and maintain complex data models, reports, and dashboards to support business stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, or economics). 3+ years of professional experience as an analyst in a data and analytics space with strong SQL, Python, or R skills for complex querying, advanced analysis, performance optimization, and working with data at scale. Experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects: taking them from unclear requirements to a meaningful story, open across different audiences, and eventually to a tangible business outcome. Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical partners. Ability to present before senior leadership and communicate complex data insights effectively. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: A Master's degree in a quantitative field. Demonstrated data visualization skills with tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc. Experience with marketing landing pages, join funnel, and business spaces. Ability to identify and appropriately escalate issues to management. Consulting background, MBA, or other multi-industry experience. Strong motivation and ability to work independently. Exceptional written and oral communication skills. A sense of humor and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
