Resolve customer issues and complaints in a fair and timely manner, taking ownership of problems and working to find solutions that meet our customers' needs. Provide information regarding flight schedules, fares, policies, and procedures, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and changes in our services and products. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery, fostering a culture of teamwork and open communication. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
