Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess a customer service-oriented mindset, with the ability to follow written workflows and adjust to feedback. A friendly tone and positive attitude are must-haves, as well as the willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends. Previous experience in customer support is highly desirable, although not necessarily required.
