Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, reducing customer effort, and furthering product knowledge. Key Responsibilities Serve as a first responder for inbound communication through our site, providing prompt and professional support to our customers. Answer customer questions and provide how-to help on our products' capabilities, with a focus on reducing customer effort and furthering product knowledge. Escalate and diagnose software issues, working with our product and engineering teams to solve complex product issues and ensure timely resolution. Follow site issues to resolution and customer satisfaction, ensuring that our customers are delighted with the support they receive. Proactively reach out to customers who show signs of user error, providing guidance and support to help them get the most out of our products. Identify processes that need to be improved and evolved, contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer support function. Maintain expert product knowledge of our products and stay well-informed of new and existing features, ensuring that you're always up-to-date and able to provide accurate and helpful support. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: 1-2+ years of experience in technical support, with B2B and SaaS experience preferred. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on listening and asking the right questions. Comfort communicating with customers via chat, email, and other channels. The ability to autonomously troubleshoot and perform in-depth investigations to fix problems. Familiarity with tools such as Google Apps, Salesforce, Slack, Intercom, and GitHub, as well as the ability to learn new tools quickly. Familiarity with technical writing, including writing troubleshooting and navigation steps for websites. Attention to detail and curiosity to identify the core of issues. A continuous learner with a desire to be the first to learn new features and stay up-to-date with industry developments. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in public relations or familiarity with the industry. Familiarity with boolean searching.
