Job Overview and Responsibilities The Customer Support Crew at blithequark is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, resolving inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and efficient manner. As a key member of this team, you will be expected to provide exceptional service to every customer, every time, through various channels, including phone, chat, SMS text, email, and more. Your primary objectives will include: Supporting continuous calls and digital support channels into the Customer Support Center (CSC) Providing exceptional service to every customer, every time, through effective problem-solving and consistent standards of service, sales, and operational support Performing all assigned activities related to booking, modifying, and supporting customer reservations Selling flights and ancillary products and services, meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance standards Maintaining KPI performance standards as defined by the CSC, ensuring that all metrics and benchmarks are met or exceeded Key Responsibilities and Expectations In this role, you will be expected to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, navigating complex processes and interacting with multiple customers simultaneously. Your ability to remain calm, courteous, and composed under pressure will be essential in providing exceptional service and resolving customer concerns. Additional responsibilities will include: Providing a safe and professional office-work environment, free from background noise and distraction, when working from home Able to pass a ten (10) year background check and meet all eligibility requirements to work in the country where the position is located Providing a high-speed internet connection to meet work from home requirements and ensuring reliable connectivity at all times Being flexible and able to work at any time, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by the business Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements and qualifications: Successful completion of new hire training and ongoing development programs High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma One (1) year of customer service or sales experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment Technically proficient in working with CSC systems/programs/tools, including but not limited to: Radixx Res, RadixxGo, ZenDesk, and MIS Choice DCS Ability to answer continuous calls and digital messages, navigate complex processes, and interact with multiple customers simultaneously Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet Explorer Previous sales and call center experience is preferred, as well as attention to detail and strong organizational skills Competencies and Skills In addition to the requirements and qualifications listed above, the following competencies and skills are essential for success in this role: Functional competencies, including the ability to find simple solutions to complex issues, navigate concurrent digital interactions, and meet performance standards in a quickly evolving working environment Behavioral competencies, including excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong customer service skills, and the ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure Organizational fit with blithequark's core values and culture, including a commitment to Safety First, Keep it Simple, Do the Right Thing, and One Crew Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration, adaptability, and continuous learning Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees, providing opportunities for career advancement, training, and education.
