Job Overview In this critical role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns. As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for communicating with customers via inbound phone calls and emails, navigating diverse customer inquiries, and collaborating with internal support teams to ensure exceptional customer service. Your ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times will be essential in representing arenaflex and providing a positive experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities Communicate effectively with customers via inbound phone calls and emails, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns Respond quickly and efficiently to customer inquiries through several technological platforms, including a ticketing system, to ensure prompt resolution of issues Navigate and resolve complex customer inquiries through the Freshdesk ticketing system in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your technical expertise and problem-solving skills Effectively extinguish customer complaints by consistently following our Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction Cover Monday-Friday shifts that rotate between 7:30am-3:30pm CST and 10am-6pm CST, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in your work schedule Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times, representing arenaflex in a positive and courteous manner Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical expertise, communication skills, and customer service experience. The following qualifications are essential: 2-3 years of previous experience in IT/technical support is preferred, with a strong understanding of technical concepts and principles 1-2 years of general customer support and inbound call experience is preferred, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner Ability to quickly analyze customer needs and provide suitable solutions, utilizing your technical expertise and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams to describe complex situations, ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction Familiarity with utilizing ticketing systems, such as Freshdesk, with the ability to navigate and resolve complex customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, the following skills and experience are preferred: Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively Strong technical skills, with experience working with various software applications and systems Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our employees with opportunities for career growth and development.
