As a key member of our Enablement team, the Data Entry and Client Onboarding Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients. Job Summary The Data Entry and Client Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for boarding new clients with a white glove experience, carefully reviewing and inputting merchant applications, and compiling and cross-checking application documents for submission to the Underwriting department. This role will report to the Enablement Director and work collaboratively in a team environment, supporting Enablement initiatives and enhancing collaboration between the Enablement division and the Customer Enablement team. Key Responsibilities Participate in the day-to-day operations of the Enablement team, contributing to the success of the business through strong communication and analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to process improvement. Complete assigned daily and/or monthly departmental reporting tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all submissions. Review and input merchant applications for new and existing arenaflex platforms, ensuring all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date. Cross-communicate with internal and external clients, providing excellent customer service and support throughout the onboarding process. Review application forms and all required supporting documents, including financial and business records, to ensure completeness and accuracy. Accurately document client communications regarding onboarding, maintaining detailed records of all interactions. Execute necessary edits for new accounts prior to approval, ensuring all information is accurate and compliant with arenaflex standards. Support application processes for premier partners, prioritizing and completing rush app requests for VIP partners as needed. Handle inbound call volume related to new/pending applications, providing timely and effective support to clients and internal stakeholders. Cross-check data to be uploaded into all boarding systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all platforms. Scan and upload client documents into the database for Underwriting review, maintaining organized and up-to-date records. Act as a backup for core and Underwriting/onboarding functions, providing support and coverage as needed. Work boarding failures, identifying and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. Complete assigned daily Issue requests submitted for arenaflex partners, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of all issues. Assist with additional projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
