Meet or exceed set performance metrics, such as response time and customer satisfaction, to contribute to the team's overall success and continuous improvement. Update and maintain accurate and detailed customer information and interactions in our CRM system, ensuring that all client data is up-to-date and easily accessible. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback, fostering a culture of open communication and teamwork to improve the overall customer experience. Resolve customer issues or complaints in a professional, timely, and courteous manner, escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary and ensuring that all clients receive a prompt and satisfactory resolution.
