Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service, communications, or a related field. At least 1-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a live chat or call center environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
