Job Overview In this critical role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely support via phone, chat, and email. Your technical acumen and ability to diagnose bugs, coupled with your excellent communication skills, will enable you to effectively communicate customer issues and requests to our development team, driving resolutions and enhancements to our products. Key Responsibilities Provide high-level support to clients via multiple channels, including phone, chat, and email, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution Identify and resolve client issues and concerns, leveraging your technical expertise and knowledge of our products and services Establish and nurture strong customer relationships, improving client retention and driving long-term satisfaction Diagnose bugs and technical issues, communicating effectively with our development team to resolve problems and implement enhancements Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and development, to ensure that client feedback is incorporated into our product roadmap and development priorities Utilize the latest cloud support systems, such as Intercom, Salesforce, JIRA, and G Suite, to manage client interactions, track issues, and analyze support metrics Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating your flexibility and commitment to delivering exceptional client support Qualifications and Requirements To excel in this role, you will possess a minimum of 2+ years of customer support experience, preferably in a SaaS environment, with a strong understanding of the legal industry. Your technical proficiency will include knowledge of SalesForce, Intercom, JIRA, and G Suite, as well as the ability to quickly learn new software and systems. As a data-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment, with a strong ability to handle escalated customer issues and inspire others with your self-motivation and diligence.
