About the Role We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at arenaflex. As a key contributor, you will be the eyes and ears for our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. You will work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life, and no two days will be the same. This position is remote, but hires must reside in the state of Florida or Texas. Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your main responsibility will be to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your key responsibilities will include: Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes Providing feedback on call issues Upselling if required Qualifications We're looking for fearless people - people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
