**Experienced Customer Testing Analyst – Voice of the Customer (VOC) for Financial Services Applications**

We are committed to fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement, where our employees can grow and thrive. **Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Testing Analyst at blithequark, you will be responsible for: * Coordinating and performing systems integration testing, troubleshooting, and analysis for financial services applications * Creating test files and messages, configuring, staging, and delivering files via testing channels * Engaging with customers to understand their testing needs and representing the Voice of the Customer (VOC) for product development * Consulting with customers on setup, configuration, testing, and alignment to FRFS requirements * Seeking opportunities to simplify and improve processes and procedures across the team and other FRFS areas * Troubleshooting moderately complex issues related to systems integration and configuration, including researching and documenting issues * Providing Saturday support for customers performing Operational Readiness Testing (ORT) and regular testing in DIT environments * Participating in projects or workgroups to collaborate on improvement initiatives, including hosting meetings and documenting business requirements * Supporting testing activities such as Business Continuity, Operational Readiness, and application conversions/enhancements **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * 2-5 years of experience supporting customers with a record of providing outstanding service * BA/BS preferred or equivalent work experience * Prior work experience supporting testing initiatives * Experience with experiential (user) testing and working with internal and external parties * Understanding of payments systems or systems with equivalent complexity required * Prior experience working with Agile methodologies desired * Knowledge of key support tools and applications such as Dynatrace, Splunk, and Fedline is highly preferred * Ability to quickly grasp in-depth understanding of procedures and automated systems * Strong written and oral communication skills * Excellent teamwork and customer service skills **Nice-to-haves** While not required, experience with Agile methodologies and knowledge of specific applications like Dynatrace, Splunk, and various Fed services would be a valuable asset in this role. **Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you can expect: * Competitive salary range based on experience and qualifications * Hybrid working arrangements with regular on-site attendance required * Opportunities for personal growth and career advancement * A diverse and inclusive work environment **What We Offer** At blithequark, we are committed to providing a supportive and collaborative work environment that fosters growth and development.
