This is a remote data entry position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide impeccable client care and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty * Accurately process and arrange shipments for customs clearance from various data sources, SOPs, duty books, web, or customs * Handle and process different import-related documentation for submission to US Customs and collaborate with participating government organizations (PGAs) * Maintain and update all shipment documentation in accordance with record-keeping requirements * Comply with all international importing and exporting regulations * Collaborate with internal staff, divisions, other arenaflex activities, and clients to deliver exceptional service and meet customer expectations * Process organization financier shipments * May handle distant filings * Ensure adherence to all service and operational strategies * Perform other duties as assigned **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution * No prior industry experience required, but a minimum of six months of work experience is preferred * High school diploma or equivalent (HS Certificate or GED) * Proficiency in data entry and computer skills * Required software skills: MS Office, Viewpoint, and office equipment (telephone, fax, scanner, printer, scanner) * Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills * Organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Ability to handle high volumes of work and meet deadlines * Critical thinking and problem-solving skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in customs clearance, trade compliance, or a related field * Familiarity with international trade regulations and guidelines * Proficiency in multiple software systems and reference materials * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills **Skills and Competencies** * Strong organizational and time management skills * Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Critical thinking and problem-solving skills * Ability to handle high volumes of work and meet deadlines * Proficiency in multiple software systems and reference materials * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
