Key Responsibilities Identify and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives. Analyze business problems and identify underlying causes, developing and recommending solutions to drive business improvement and growth. Assess proposed business cases for projects and initiatives, translating business requirements into technical solutions and aligning the team with business strategy and objectives. Identify and recommend the most suitable data visualization tools and techniques, building compelling stories and presenting insights to various stakeholders using effective communication and interpersonal skills. Provide overall direction and guidance, examining business goals and client needs, developing, communicating, and implementing business strategies, plans, and processes, and investigating costs and estimates to inform decision-making. Develop and leverage internal and external partnerships and networks, leading key community engagement and involvement initiatives, and supporting stakeholders while upholding the organization's principles of integrity and ethics. Essential Qualifications Proficiency in SQL, Python, and big data tools (e.g., Hive), with experience working with large datasets and developing data-driven insights. Experience with dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker) and scheduling/workflow tools (e.g., Airflow), with the ability to design and develop effective data visualizations and reports. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights and metrics to non-technical stakeholders and leadership. Experience developing new metrics to track business impact, with a strong understanding of data analysis and statistical techniques. Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and direct a team of analysts and stakeholders to achieve business objectives. Openness to building dashboards and reports that aggregate data from multiple sources, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Preferred Qualifications Background or education in statistics, data science, or a related field, with experience working in a business intelligence or data analysis role. Experience with artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) techniques, with the ability to apply these skills to drive business growth and improvement. Familiarity with data governance and data quality principles, with experience working with large datasets and developing data-driven insights.
