As a part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the development of new products and services that shape the future of entertainment. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Data Analyst – Customer Service Insights and Reporting, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions and drive operational improvements. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights into customer service metrics. Your expertise will be critical in identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies in customer service data, and in developing recommendations to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain worldwide customer service dashboards and reports for both internal stakeholders and external partners within various Business Intelligence (BI) tools, including Scene * Collaborate with the blithequark Data Insights team to migrate custom Scene dashboards into blithequark's proprietary data visualization tools * Extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in customer service data * Provide level one support to external partners and internal stakeholders on data-related queries and issues * Work with Data Engineering teams to ensure the timely resolution of data integrity issues * Develop and deliver training sessions to internal stakeholders on the effective use and interpretation of reports and data * Create and maintain up-to-date documentation, including data dictionaries, report definitions, and best practices * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements, business processes, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Prepare and deliver regular executive-level reports on status, insights, and trends to inform and guide business decisions **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience * 4+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence, preferably in a customer service or related functional setting * Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using data visualization tools such as Scene, Power BI, or similar * Proven experience in designing and developing complex reports, dashboards, and visualizations that provide actionable insights to drive operational improvements * Experience working with large datasets and performing data cleansing, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity * Project management, process improvement, influencing, presenting, and consulting skills * Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills – ability to convey complex ideas in simple terms to diverse audiences to drive results **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in a quantitative field or related experience * Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies * Certification in data science, business intelligence, or related field * Experience with data storytelling and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI * Familiarity with agile project management methodologies and tools **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $25-$35 per hour * Part-time, remote work arrangement with flexible scheduling * Opportunity to work with a leading innovator in the entertainment industry * Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a diverse team of professionals * Professional development opportunities, including training and certification programs * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and analytical professional with a passion for data-driven insights, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
