**Experienced Data Analyst – Education Insights and Data Visualization**

As a Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in helping us configure, build, operationalize, and maintain data for each individual test region, cycle, and arenaflex group you support. You'll use various data visualization tools and techniques to convey meaningful insights to arenaflex groups throughout the 10-week program. Your representations will help groups track progress against objectives and adjust their action plans to achieve desired results. **About the Position** arenaflex's Advanced Results Program is a game-changer in the education sector. By focusing on an iterative pattern of progress, we enable districts to achieve results in just 10 weeks. Our program empowers instructors, school leaders, and district staff to create quantifiable performance objectives tied to key organizational needs like education, math, graduation rates, participation, and more. With the support of region-level senior leadership, our program helps school district members cut through bureaucracy to achieve results quickly. **What You'll Do** * Work closely with arenaflex's inside Advanced Results group to identify, record, and build data dashboards based on data needs for various clients; * Perform data transformation to prepare source data for effective data visualization in arenaflex data dashboards; * Manage multiple projects simultaneously across various clients and arenaflex programs; * Ensure accurate, up-to-date, and precise portrayal of data to support Advanced Results group analysis of their work and progress against objectives; * Support arenaflex dashboard clients (e.g., arenaflex Inside group, Execution Mentors) in the effective use of dashboards for each arenaflex program; * Work with arenaflex Partners to issue address data and data dashboards requests and ensure timely resolution of data-related issues for your specific projects; * Support ad-hoc analysis to understand patterns or additional insights across data sets before, during, and after arenaflex program cycles; * Collaborate with inner arenaflex colleagues to continuously improve our products by helping identify issues and improvements, performing root cause analysis, and cooperatively planning and developing solutions through iterative cycles. **Capabilities and Experience** * Qualified candidates should have/have the ability to: + Ability in data transformation, visualization, and dashboard development; + A four-year degree with 3-5 years of work experience in Data Analysis; + Excellent project management, organizational, meticulousness, and decision-making abilities; + Fantastic analytical skills with experience controlling data and leading statistical analyses with a variety of technology tools/stages (e.g., Talend, Pentaho, Sheets/Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Domo, Toucan Toco, etc.); + Outstanding quality assurance practices, ownership, and pride in expectations to ensure alignment with, and progress of our clients; + Ability to collaborate with client data colleagues to serve project needs; + Ability to rapidly grasp client requirements and translate raw data into clear, meaningful data and insights; + Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and fast change normal in early-stage product development and organization conditions; + Strong communication with a demonstrated ability to really adapt to audiences at all levels and across all disciplines within an organization; + Collaborative person with experience working in a fast-paced outcome-driven, cross-functional team, with high-performing, highly energetic people. **Nice to Have** * Enthusiasm for education and experience working in education specifically with district and school-based administration and staff; * Continuous learning attitude, eager to explore and adopt emerging technologies and approaches; * Experience working with large-scale education data sets. **Actual Requirements and Working Conditions** * Prolonged periods sitting at a workstation and working on a computer; * Should be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally. **About arenaflex** For the past 20 years, arenaflex has been helping the administrators and Chiefs of school districts and their leadership teams to improve public education for all students decisively. arenaflex provides educational systems with better fundamental insights and strategic solutions than the most pressing challenges facing educational system leaders today.
