Job Overview We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our E2E Delivery team. As a Data Analyst, you will help pioneer ad-hoc analysis, dashboards, and insights for capacity, cost, fulfillment, and transportation. You will have access to our vast global data and all the new data to be harvested from our customer and driver applications. Your analysis will impact decisions that affect how we make choices and drive business outcomes at an extraordinary scale. Key Responsibilities Conveying food to our clients in as little as 60 minutes, and analyzing the logistics of delivery in various climates and conditions Developing a deep understanding of transportation, driver, and customer behavior, and creating reporting and ad-hoc analysis for key stakeholders Building dashboards and metrics for new customer recommendations, such as expedited shipping Conducting root cause analysis for late deliveries and identifying areas for improvement Collaborating with colleagues to gather data from various sources and support investigations of key drivers Applying SQL and visualization skills to create reports that showcase the results of your analysis Leading exploratory analysis, including hypothesis testing and statistical testing Automating tasks and developing processes that monitor, analyze, and inform the actions of key stakeholders Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau, Looker, or similar Strong understanding of statistical concepts and techniques, including regression, decision trees, and clustering Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to connect the "what" with the "why" Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Experience with programming languages, such as Python or R Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques Experience with data mining and data warehousing Certification in data analysis or a related field Experience working in a retail or logistics environment Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
