Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team, responsible for developing and implementing quantitative models and predictive analytics to drive business growth and improve customer experiences. As a key member of our data science team, you'll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business opportunities, design and implement data-driven solutions, and communicate insights to inform strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain complex statistical models and predictive analytics to drive business growth and improve customer experiences Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, and communicate findings to stakeholders Design and implement data-driven solutions to address business challenges and opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply knowledge to drive innovation and improvement Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field At least 3 years of experience in quantitative modeling and predictive analytics, preferably in the financial services industry Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SAS Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus: Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science Experience with machine learning algorithms and deep learning techniques Knowledge of data warehousing and business intelligence tools such as Teradata, HiveQL, or SQL Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS or Azure Certifications in data science or analytics, such as Certified Data Scientist (CDS) or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you'll need to demonstrate the following skills and competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SAS Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js Knowledge of data warehousing and business intelligence tools such as Teradata, HiveQL, or SQL Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits We're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers, with opportunities for professional development and advancement.
