Job Summary As a Data Entry Analyst and Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in providing support and services to children and families who have found permanency through reintegration, adoption, custodianship/guardianship, or as aged-out youth. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve connecting these families and children with the right community resources, advocating on their behalf, and assisting them in maintaining their achievements independently. Key Responsibilities Empower families and children by connecting them with community resources and services Advocate on behalf of families and children to ensure their needs are met Assist families and children in sustaining their achievements independently Provide data entry support to ensure accurate and timely recording of information Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective support strategies Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge Ideal Candidate We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated individual who is eager to learn and grow with our team.
