Key Responsibilities Connect with individuals who have filled out a form to determine their eligibility for potential compensation, handling a high volume of calls (40-50 per day) and identifying qualified leads (1-5 per day) Multitask efficiently, listening to callers, answering questions, and navigating multiple software applications, including our proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM) and phone software (VICI) Achieve or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates, contributing to the growth and success of our business Participate in training and learning opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills, ensuring you stay up-to-date on our services and industry developments Adhere to all company policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in your work Assist with special projects as needed, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to contribute to the team's success Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues, ensuring minimal disruptions to your work and maintaining optimal productivity Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package, with a salary range starting at $17.31/hour and opportunities for commissions and bonuses. Our total compensation package can reach up to $33.00+/hour ($70,000+), depending on your performance and contributions.
