Utilize our advanced in-house analytics capabilities to understand the impact of each touchpoint and maximize return on investment. Manage end-to-end channel performance and root cause diagnostics through analysis; develop strategic, data-driven solutions to complex business problems. Build, optimize, and refine triggered marketing email communications through collaboration with colleagues and key partner groups, including Creative, Data Science, Marketing Technology, and Engineering teams. Lead root cause investigations and leverage cross-functional relationships to quickly identify performance issues and recommended actions to implement. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in Technical studies, Economics, Business, or other disciplines with a quantitative focus. 2+ years of experience, preferably in marketing, management consulting, startup/tech, finance, and/or strategy. Proficiency in data analysis and advanced Google Sheets/Excel use; passion for finding patterns in data; knowledge of SQL is a plus. Excellent analytical thinking and verbal and written communication skills - ability to distill and communicate complex ideas and influence senior-level and cross-functional partners. Ability to own and execute on solutions to complex problems independently. Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
