About the Role This position is a member of the Compliance Group within the People/HR Division at arenaflex. As a Data Entry Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance by investigating and communicating requirements. You will support the HR Compliance team and tasks, including acquiring fingerprint/background investigation results, maintaining relationships with various authorities, and database entry. Key Responsibilities: Support the HR Compliance team with tasks such as acquiring fingerprint/background investigation results and processing unique fingerprint freedom letters Maintain associations with authorities, including TSA, Airport Authority Boards, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services Process daily FBI fingerprints into the Access database and troubleshoot any database issues Plan and analyze HR Compliance data between different files, working closely with HRIS and EC systems Conduct high-level investigations, custom reporting/dashboards, and standardize all data used for HR Compliance Collaborate with clients and teams consistently Review completed Unique Fingerprint Applications and check for accuracy and any retransmitting of fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree and relevant experience in a similar field. You should also possess: Knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) applications Access to the TSA Clearinghouse database Advanced Excel skills, including formatting, creating complex formulas, and Vlookup Advanced Access skills Ability to interpret large sets of data to develop meaningful reports Excellent problem-solving skills and strong organizational abilities Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously Proven ability to conduct fair and consistent application of company policies and government requirements Preferred Qualifications: While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable: Previous experience in a compliance or data entry role Knowledge of government requirements and regulations Experience working with HRIS and EC systems Ability to instruct specialty units on government requirements, internal and external processes, and results Skills and Competencies: To excel in this role, you should possess: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team environment Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information Career Growth Opportunities: At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
