As a Data Entry and Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, entering data accurately and efficiently, and working collaboratively with our team to drive business results. Key Responsibilities Encourage and develop relationships with colleagues, provide thought leadership, and demonstrate influence by driving initiatives to completion efficiently and effectively. Engage with research and colleagues, assist with driving ML strategies, and identify areas where business problems can be solved creatively by applying ML. Lead and collaborate with different specialists and data scientists to implement and successfully scale ML solutions to create magical experiences for our visitors and push the boundaries of functional objectives. Drive innovation, proof of concepts, technology cash drives, and customer interactions that lead to growing top-tier AI platforms. Manage functional support and maintenance of ML-related products and services delivered by the team. Build standard procedures used in daily operations and work with specialty units to design, plan, and execute large-scale projects in the AI space. Productionize ML algorithms in predictive analytics, classification, image recognition, NLP, anomaly detection, and more, and evaluate their performance on real-world datasets. Collaborate with different teams to achieve goals in improving system performance and coordinate with existing software practices that generate effective code, including automated testing, continuous integration, code style consistency, and code reviews. Essential Qualifications and Abilities To be successful in this role, you will need: 2+ years of experience in Python and with predictive modeling experiences, such as TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, and more. 2+ years of experience in cloud platforms like AWS and GCP. Proficiency in SDLC, QA cycles, and Object-Oriented Programming Design Principles. Experience with structured and unstructured data (i.e., images, video, text, audio, etc.) and SQL relational and non-relational databases. 2+ years of experience with Airflow or another data workflow management tool. Experience with version control software, such as GitHub and GitLab, Model Operations, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience in driving discovery processes with partners to identify business requirements and the expected outcome, strong communication skills, and determination to complete tasks. Solid systems integration architecture skills, capable of turning new tech into business solutions. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience with Docker. Experience with control systems. Experience with Kubernetes. Experience with cloud solutions in GCP or another cloud platform. Experience with Atlassian Tools like Jira and Confluence. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Experience with automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous development. Experience with data visualization and data monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Plotly, Tableau). Experience with audio analysis. Experience with text analysis. Education We require a Master's of Science in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a similar technical background. A Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a similar technical background is preferred.
