As a Key Information Researcher, you will be responsible for fostering and developing relationships with colleagues, providing thought leadership, and driving initiatives to achieve business objectives efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities Engage with research and colleagues to drive ML strategies and identify areas where business problems can be solved creatively by applying ML Lead and collaborate with different specialists and data scientists to implement and scale ML solutions for creating magical experiences for our visitors and pushing the boundaries of functional objectives Drive innovation, proof-of-concepts, technology funding drives, and customer interactions that lead to growing top-tier AI platforms Manage functional support and maintenance of ML-related products and services delivered by the team Build standard procedures used in daily operations and work with specialty units to design, plan, and execute large-scale projects in the AI space Productionize ML algorithms in predictive analytics, classification, image recognition, NLP, anomaly detection, and more, and evaluate their performance on real-world datasets Collaborate with different teams to achieve goals in improving system performance and coordinate with existing software practices that generate effective code, including automated testing, continuous integration, code style consistency, and code reviews Essential Qualifications and Abilities To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and abilities: 2+ years of expertise in Python and predictive modeling experiences, such as TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, and more 2+ years of master-level experience in cloud platforms like AWS and GCP Proficient in SDLC, QA cycles, and Object-Oriented Programming Design Patterns Master-level experience in structured and unstructured data (i.e., images, video, text, audio, etc.) and SQL relational and non-relational databases 2+ years of experience with Airflow or another data workflow management tool Experience with version control software, such as GitHub and GitLab, Model Operations, and CI/CD pipelines Experience in driving discovery processes with partners to identify business requirements and desired outcomes, strong communication skills, and determination to complete tasks Solid systems integration architecture skills, capable of turning new tech into business solutions Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded: Experience with Docker Experience with control systems Experience with Kubernetes Experience with cloud solutions in GCP or another cloud platform Experience with Atlassian Tools like Jira and Confluence Experience with Agile development methodologies Experience with automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous development Experience with data visualization and data monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Plotly, Tableau) Experience with audio analysis Experience with text analysis Education A Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a similar technical background is required.
