Additionally, you will be responsible for assisting, developing, and maintaining our company's present set of engine-specific and custom tools that we use daily. Key Responsibilities Proactively identify inefficiencies and elaborate areas in our development technique across disciplines Maintain, extend, and aid present development tools Build and guide custom asset pipelines Grow our company's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and platforms Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow and effective communication Develop and implement solutions to improve workflow efficiency and reduce pain points Provide technical support and training to team members as needed Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have a strong passion for empowering others to do their best work. You should enjoy working with the overall tool lifecycle, from discovering issues to comparing potential solutions, implementing tools, and evaluating their effectiveness.
