About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Entry and Live Chat Professional to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for handling live chat inquiries, entering data with high accuracy, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Key Responsibilities Work closely with the application teams to outline, frame, and capture business needs, leveraging your expertise in data entry and live chat to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Voice of the Customer methods and leverage this knowledge to define and transform data within the Cornerstone Big Data platform. Design and build robust data model architecture to aid most fulfilling data processing and standardized metric definitions, utilizing your technical skills and expertise. Enable big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions, ensuring data quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case level. Provide guidance to enhance competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using big data ecosystem, and proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve quality and efficiency. Power customer story evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing & builds automation tools, and collaborate with partners from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and test the data for various use cases as part of the VOC end-to-end technique. Essential Qualifications Hands-on development experience on Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, Shell Scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven projects for a span of no less than 3+ years. Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to the business groups, and experience working in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams. Strong technical skills, including data modeling, data architecture, and data analysis, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, managers, and external partners to drive business outcomes. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with big data technologies, including Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases, and familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques. Knowledge of cloud-based platforms, such as AWS or Azure, and experience with containerization using Docker, and orchestration using Kubernetes. Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security principles, with experience implementing data management best practices in a fast-paced environment. Certifications in data science, machine learning, or related fields, with a strong passion for learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
