About the Role and the Team The Creative Production Innovation Management team at blithequark is responsible for driving complex projects across the organization and is part of the broader Product Discovery & Promoting enterprise. This team is looking for a highly skilled and experienced program manager to join their ranks and help shape and execute innovation programs that introduce new stories to blithequark's members around the world. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, with experience in handling complex cross-functional projects for technology platforms. Key Responsibilities Lead complex programs that are innovation-focused, highly technical, and cross-functional in nature. Conduct feasibility and level-of-effort tests of conceptual features and designs to supply high-quality functions on time and within budget. Act as a thought partner to PDP leaders to shape early-stage product innovation opportunities into concrete programs. Partner with blithequark product managers on projects within their innovation roadmaps and advocate for PDP's teams via proactively consulting and advising throughout the innovation lifecycle on product features, assessments, and designs. Work closely with product control, engineering, and creative teams to align on project plans, priorities, execution, and shipping of highly technical projects. Identify extensive trends and opportunities across the portfolio of programs that have the potential to drive greater effect and/or performance. Manage, plan, and track PDP's assets, milestones, deliverables, and communications throughout the execution of simultaneous programs. Anticipate and plan for future needs and challenges around timelines, workflow changes, and program deliverables. About You You are a seasoned program manager with advanced understanding in the planning, execution, and delivery of programs that meet the innovation needs of a technology platform. You can break down complex requirements into achievable programs, interface with multiple cross-functional teams, and deliver solutions in a successful and timely manner. You are recognized for having the right tools to get stakeholder buy-in and everyone aligned on a program. Your personal values align with the blithequark culture values. Can navigate through stages of ambiguity and translate strategic opportunities into tangible next steps.
