Job Summary We're seeking an experienced and skilled Data Entry and Quality Control Coordinator to join our operations team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for reviewing and processing customer orders submitted by our sales team, ensuring that every order is accurate and meets our company standards. You'll also be responsible for verifying service availability, assessing customer needs, and processing payments. Key Responsibilities As a Data Entry and Quality Control Coordinator at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: Order Review: Checking customer orders for completeness and accuracy, flagging any issues or discrepancies, and working with the team to resolve them. Service Availability Verification: Verifying that services are available in the customer's area, documenting any issues, and working with the team to resolve them. Customer Needs Assessment: Assessing customer needs based on their order and suggesting the best service options for them. Credit Screening: Running credit checks to confirm customer eligibility for services and promotions, documenting results, and applying any discounts or promotions accordingly. Payment Processing: Handling payments for activation fees and other services, ensuring smooth transactions, and maintaining accurate records of all payments and financial transactions. Service Activation/Scheduling: Activating services for customers or scheduling installations that fit their availability, recording all important details in our system. Quality Assurance: Periodically reviewing orders to ensure they meet our internal standards, sharing feedback and suggestions to improve our processes over time. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: Experience in order entry, customer service, or a similar role. Familiarity with credit checks and payment processing is a plus, but not required. A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to getting things right the first time. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to figure things out on the fly. Comfort using order processing systems and CRM software. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
