Job Summary The Strategy & Analytics Consultant plays a crucial role at arenaflex, helping us deliver on our purpose by conducting research and analysis to understand our operations and providing insights to improve, enhance, and optimize performance. This consultant applies analytical and technical skills, leveraging industry and operational data to influence team decisions and solve complex problems. The ideal candidate will display a deep understanding of the interactions among different areas within the company and be capable of visualizing cohesive strategies that can be implemented across multiple teams. Key Responsibilities Provide research and analysis of trends, supporting the development of new strategies, policies, and reports Engage in knowledge sharing, improving, and leveraging available data tools with other departments within the organization Leverage technical skills (SQL, Alteryx, Python, R, Tableau, Big Data Concepts) and industry data to provide answers to business requests Transform raw data into easily understood, presentable, and actionable findings Participate in the development and improvement of models and strategies, supporting their downstream implementation Facilitate and share technical guidance on ideas and topics with organizations across the industry Conduct analysis using optimization and simulation tools to create and examine scenarios, providing insights into how different factors perform Utilize appropriate data management tactics, ensuring privacy standards are met Perform other strategic duties as directed by leadership Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A High School Diploma or GED Advanced level experience in a related field, with specialized knowledge in data collection, analysis, and presentation Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Proven experience in providing insights to Senior Leaders Experience with data manipulation software (Alteryx or similar) and data visualization tools (Tableau or similar) Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience in Network Planning or Airline Operations Knowledge of SQL (Oracle, Teradata, PostgreSQL) Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to take initiative and demonstrate ownership and accountability Skilled in continuous improvement and complex problem-solving Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with little supervision Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
