With a strong focus on employee development and growth, we offer a unique opportunity for professionals to expand their skills and expertise in a fast-paced and challenging environment. **Key Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Associate, you'll be responsible for: * Assisting in the establishment and maintenance of Division of Interest in SAP-PRA, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records * Interpreting and loading legal descriptions, requiring attention to detail and a strong understanding of land management principles * Independently identifying properties and owners related to correspondence received, utilizing your analytical skills to resolve complex issues * Supporting the process of mailing and returned Due Diligence letters as part of owner tracking/escheat activities, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail * Handling routine correspondence and telephone inquiries from interest owners, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently * Preparing and distributing correspondence per analysts' instructions, ensuring timely and accurate communication * Developing a network of contacts and maintaining a positive rapport with both internal and external customers, fostering strong relationships and building trust * Applying basic Land Management principles and practices to ensure accurate and compliant data entry **Required and Preferred Skills and Experience** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook * Basic math skills, with the ability to accurately calculate and record data * Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex information * Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and building strong relationships * Self-accountability for achieving goals and outcomes, with a proactive approach to problem-solving * Logical decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions * 1+ years of direct experience in the Oil and Gas Industry, with a strong understanding of land management principles and practices * Experience with oil/gas law, real property/title law, and government regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting * Experience with SAP-PRA Ownership Module or Land Ownership software, with a strong understanding of data entry and management principles **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
