As a remote Data Entry Clerk, you'll be part of a team that values flexibility, work-life balance, and continuous learning and growth. **Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Transferring data from various sources, including paper formats, computer files, recorders, and scanners, into our databases, records, and files. * Entering data accurately and efficiently into our systems, using your typing skills to meet our high-speed data processing requirements. * Handling numerical data with precision, creating and organizing spreadsheets, and summarizing data for standardized reports. * Curating data directly from speech or interviews, and updating databases or records with new information as it becomes available. * Correcting and modifying inaccurate files and records, and ensuring that all data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. * Complying with security protocols and regular checks to ensure that data is saved and stored properly, and protecting confidential or private customer/client information. * Verifying data by correctly checking and comparing source documentation, and organizing paper formats, paper backups, and material source files as needed. **Requirements** To be successful as a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll need: * Accurate and precise attention to detail, with a strong focus on data quality and integrity. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. * Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. * Skilled knowledge in generating process documentation, and the ability to assist team members when needed to accomplish team goals. * Fast and accurate typing skills, with the ability to type at high speeds with minimal errors. * The ability to speak confidently, clearly, and professionally for voice recording data. * A strong understanding of data confidentiality principles, and the ability to follow them to the letter. * A high school diploma, associate's degree, or bachelor's degree in business, administration, or a related field (not required but preferred). * Prior experience handling data entry responsibilities or equivalent experience in a related field. * The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of organization and multitasking skills. * A willingness to learn and grow with the company, and a self-directed approach to work. * Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel spreadsheets. * Strong attention to detail, with the ability to pay close attention to detail and catch errors. * Knowledge of the touch typing system (preferred). **Benefits** As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * 401(k) plan with matching contributions * Dental insurance * Employee assistance program * Employee discount * Health insurance * Health savings account * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our employees with a supportive and dynamic work environment.
