Job Overview and Responsibilities As an Outside Insurance Sales Associate, you will work remotely within Idaho to drive insurance sales from both your remote office and in the field. Your primary responsibilities will include: Obtaining and utilizing your personal lines license to educate customers about their insurance options. If you don't have a license, don't worry – we'll provide support from day one to help you obtain it. Making outbound calls and meeting face-to-face with prospects to generate and close leads. Spending time in the field to network and identify new business opportunities. Developing creative ways to engage and build rapport with prospective customers to achieve your sales goals. Essential Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: At least 2 years of sales experience, with a focus on lead generation. An active personal lines insurance license in your state of residence (or the ability to obtain one with our support). A high school diploma or GED, and be at least 18 years old. Strong computer and technology skills, including proficiency in Zoom, WebEx, Excel, Word, Outlook, and productivity applications. A reliable internet connection with a plug-in ethernet/network cable, and a dedicated workspace in your home.
