**Experienced Data Entry Coordinator – Administrative Support & Data Management**

We are committed to fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning, where our employees can grow and thrive. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Data Entry Coordinator at blithequark, you will be responsible for: * **Data Entry & Management**: Enter customer and account data from source documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. This includes entering new SKUs and pricing in our system, verifying data accuracy by cross-referencing with source material, and uploading documents/backup records in the Salesforce system. * **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support to our team members, including answering phones, filing, handling correspondence, and performing other tasks as needed. * **Account Management**: Monitor aging of accounts receivable, prepare invoices, and facilitate the collection process. Reconcile Purchase Orders and conduct a hard count of product labels on a weekly basis. * **Data Integrity**: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of our data records, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills. **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent * **Experience**: 1-2 years of related experience in data entry, administration, or a related field * **Skills**: Proficiency with data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access), excellent attention to detail and accuracy, strong organizational and time management skills **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * **Data Entry Software**: Experience with data entry software, such as Salesforce or similar systems * **Cloud-Based Systems**: Familiarity with cloud-based systems and software * **Customer Service**: Experience in customer-facing roles, providing excellent customer service and support **Skills & Competencies** To excel in this role, you will need to possess: * **Attention to Detail**: A high level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and management * **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and customers * **Problem-Solving Skills**: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner **Career Growth Opportunities & Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
