**Experienced Data Entry Coordinator – Prescriber Assessment and Compliance Support**

As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in helping us maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and integrity in our operations. Your expertise in data analysis, research, and communication will enable us to identify trends, optimize processes, and drive business outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Research and analyze managed substance orders, identifying suspicious patterns and taking appropriate actions to educate prescribers on proper ordering practices. * Generate reports and provide data to DEA officials on dispensing patterns, prescriber or patient profiles, and other relevant information within a 48-hour window. * Build ad-hoc queries to extract data outside of regular reporting requirements, ensuring timely and accurate insights for our teams. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of managed substance ordering practices, GFD policies, and DEA licensing requirements, providing expert guidance to colleagues and stakeholders. * Collaborate with Pharmacy Managers and Supervisors to ensure accurate and timely reporting of losses, working closely with analysts to develop and review shop audits. * Manage prescriber pricing and validation systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. * Research and analyze requests for increases to managed substance allocations, making informed decisions based on collaboration with Pharmacy Managers, Supervisors, and vendors. * Assist in the implementation and updating of Good Faith Dispensing and Target Drug Good Faith Dispensing policies, ensuring compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements. **Essential Qualifications:** * High School Diploma or equivalent, with at least three years of experience as a pharmacy technician. * Required certification in Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) as granted by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB). * Experience with prescriber licensing requirements (NPI, DEA, and state licenses). * Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). * Experience with querying databases and analyzing data to identify trends, problems, or exceptions. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with internal arenaflex systems,
