Job Overview In this remote role, you will support our customer care team by entering and updating data, managing customer information, and assisting with various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter and update customer information into our database, ensuring that all data is current and correct. Manage and maintain customer records, including updating customer information, resolving data discrepancies, and ensuring data integrity. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and responding to customer feedback in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction, including working with sales, marketing, and product teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer experiences. Assist with generating reports and analyzing data for accuracy and completeness, including identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity, including adhering to data protection policies and procedures. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: A high school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor degree preferred. Proven experience in data entry or customer service roles, including experience working with customer data, resolving customer issues, and providing exceptional customer service. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, including the ability to accurately enter and update customer information, manage customer records, and analyze data for accuracy and completeness. Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, including experience working with spreadsheets, creating reports, and analyzing data. Familiarity with data management software and CRM systems, including experience working with customer relationship management systems, data analytics tools, and other software applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders. Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision, including experience working in a remote environment, managing your time effectively, and staying motivated and focused.
