Key Responsibilities Entering customer and account data from source documents within established time limits, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry, utilizing organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output to guarantee data integrity and quality. Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills. Scanning documents and printing files as needed, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data security policies. Responding to queries for information and accessing relevant files, providing excellent customer service and support to internal stakeholders. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you should possess: Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk, with a strong understanding of administrative duties and procedures.
