Key Responsibilities As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include: Virtually assisting customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and web with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions Managing both inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner Proactively identifying solutions to questions you anticipate our customers having in each interaction Taking a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish or partnering with pharmacists and pharmacy staff if clinical advisement is necessary Providing best-in-class service experience for our customers while working in a fast-paced environment Helping answer customer inquiries regarding their insurance and copays, as well as shipping needs Providing our customers with technical support when navigating our website Serving customers in a timely manner to ensure we are maximizing our relationship with them Understanding each interaction is about more than solving a single problem, but an opportunity to build a long-term relationship Promoting customer privacy and safety by maintaining adherence to our Work From Home policy Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older) 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) Experience working in a customer service or call center environment Experience working in a healthcare environment (preferred) Demonstrated ability to work as a team member Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality Knowledge of pharmacy operations and healthcare industry Experience with remote work or virtual customer service Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Communication skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner Customer service skills : Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving Technical skills : Proficiency in computer and web-based tools, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly Time management skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting productivity and quality standards Teamwork skills : Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve common goals Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
