Job Overview In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and maintenance of client profile data, overseeing the establishment and updates of client accounts, and facilitating the processing of online bidder approvals. Key Responsibilities Oversee the establishment and updates of client accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date Ensure the accuracy and maintenance of client profile data, including adding and modifying client information as necessary Facilitate the processing of online bidder approvals, generating comprehensive reports, and managing shipping instruction requests Maintain mailing list entries, process bidder/show cards, and verify sales tax information Address client survey feedback, providing exceptional customer service and support Undertake additional responsibilities as necessary, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn and grow Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma and have at least 2 years of experience in data entry. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, and have a strong attention to detail coupled with the ability to manage multiple tasks. A positive outlook and a commitment to learning are also essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
