**Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Financial Operations Support**

Our approach is centered around flexibility – pairing the right expertise with the right price, and ensuring that every project is meticulously planned to guarantee superior execution. **Join our team at arenaflex and become an integral part of our mission to revolutionize financial operations for our clients.** **Responsibilities:** As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Maintaining accurate and detailed records of tasks, files, and progress * Reviewing finalized work for errors or duplicate entries before submitting the final product * Conducting thorough research on various websites to gather information * Inspecting reports and data sheets to ensure accuracy and completeness * Entering information into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems * Obtaining additional information for documents deemed incomplete * Verifying, correcting, and deleting unnecessary data, or combining data from multiple sources * Demonstrating exceptional communication and organizational skills * Utilizing substantial computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems * Maintaining consistent typing accuracy * Multitasking and attention to detail are critical in this role **KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess: * Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information * Proven ability to multitask, handling numerous priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and detail * Demonstrated judgment, problem-solving, decision-making, and documentation skills * Excellent organization skills, with the ability to manage time independently * Communication proficiency in both written and verbal skills in English * Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and the ability to learn new applications quickly * A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and open-mindedness * Knowledge of generally accepted accounting theories, principles, methods, practices, and terminology * Familiarity with financial and accounting software applications, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains or similar mid-level accounting software * Ability to analyze account activity, perform accounting research on general issues, and take corrective action when needed * Experience working independently and within a team **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:** To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following minimum requirements: * High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred * Understanding of basic accounting/bookkeeping principles * Proficiency in Excel and all Microsoft Office programs * Excellent communication skills – written and verbal * Ability to multitask and work in a deadline-driven environment **What We Offer:** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a supportive and dynamic work environment that fosters growth and development.
