Your key responsibilities will include: Reading and deciphering customer and shipping orders to ensure accurate data entry Entering data into specific Microsoft Excel fields, using your attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain consistency and accuracy Verifying and ensuring the accuracy of entered data, and reporting any errors or anomalies to your supervisor Maintaining the consistency of data throughout our systems, and performing regular audits to ensure data integrity Performing filing, copying, and administrative duties as required, using your organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage your workload Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong reading comprehension and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data Organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage your workload effectively Patience and attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, using your initiative and judgment to make decisions and solve problems Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications and skills are preferred: Reading knowledge of Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers and colleagues 1-2 years of experience in data entry and/or filing, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency Social perceptiveness and service orientation, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to supporting the career growth and development of our employees.
