Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you should possess: 5+ years of experience in delivering data solutions, including directly leading engineering resources and studios. Experience in data product management, with a focus on financial products or solutions. Strong data modeling, design, and documentation skills, following the full delivery life cycle of business commitment through to practical, legitimate, and actual data design and project delivery. Profound technical expertise in data, platforms, and tools, including AWS, Snowflake, dbt, and infrastructure as-code (Terraform/CDK). Experience with streaming data processing concepts, including batch and real-time in-the-moment understanding creation and distribution. Strong collaboration and association skills, with the ability to interact and influence across the organization, including Executives. A strong foundation in best practices and standards in data and engineering. Deep technical expertise in data engineering delivery practices, able to address skills and cycles to various levels of the organization. Experience working in the hospitality, travel, or media outlet. Preferred Qualifications A graduate degree or equivalent work experience is preferred, demonstrating a commitment to advanced knowledge and expertise in the field.
