Job Overview The Data Entry Specialist will play a crucial role in reviewing and filing legal documents utilizing our proprietary online platforms and tools. This position will work closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues, and achieve common goals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of legal documents, while also contributing to the ongoing improvement of our systems and processes. Key Responsibilities Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of the industry and our processes, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices Investigate discrepancies as they arise, utilizing problem-solving skills and collaborating with the team to resolve issues efficiently Complete additional projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on new challenges Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. While no experience is necessary, data entry experience and technical proficiency are strongly preferred. You should also be able to read, write, and speak English fluently, with a high school diploma or GED required. Essential Qualifications Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail Desire and ability to be a team player, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm, with excellent keyboarding skills Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in data entry, legal document filing, or a related field Technical experience, including proficiency in online platforms and tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
