Job Overview The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for reviewing and filing legal documents utilizing online platforms and tools developed by blithequark. This position requires close collaboration with our e-Fulfilment and e-Filing team to achieve common goals, resolve issues promptly, and contribute to ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, the ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy, and a strong desire to be a team player. Key Responsibilities Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines. Participate in ongoing training sessions to expand knowledge of the legal industry, processes, and best practices in data entry and management. Investigate discrepancies and issues as they arise, proposing solutions and implementing corrective actions under the guidance of senior team members. Complete additional projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on new challenges. Cultivate strong working relationships with the e-Fulfilment and e-Filing team, fostering an environment of collaboration and open communication. Qualifications and Skills To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following essential qualifications: No prior experience is necessary; however, data entry experience is considered a significant plus. A high school diploma or GED is required, with preference given to those pursuing or holding higher education qualifications. Ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a remote work setting. Desire and ability to be a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
