About the Role: Data Entry Specialist As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. This is a full-time, remote position, and we are looking for candidates located in Indiana, Iowa, Wisconsin, North Dakota, Kentucky, Alabama, Florida, Oklahoma, Michigan, North Carolina, or South Carolina. Key Responsibilities: Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of the industry and process, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices. Investigate discrepancies as they arise, utilizing problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently. Complete additional projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on new challenges. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: No experience is necessary; however, data entry experience is a plus, and we welcome candidates with a background in administration, customer service, or a related field. High school diploma or GED required, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to learning. Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy, maintaining focus and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and meets our quality control expectations. Desire and ability to be a team player, collaborating with colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive work environment. Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn our internal systems and software. Type 60 - 70 plus WPM, demonstrating strong typing skills and the ability to work efficiently.
