Key Responsibilities Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables for branch projects and PA activities Support CAPAS carrier catalog offerings and contribute to the development of progressive enhancements in CAPAS operations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve override issues, and participate in enterprise requirement determinations Assist in the implementation of patron PA documents during the Clinical review part of the member statistics transition process Demonstrate blithequark values, including collaboration and accountability, and drive alignment in matrixed environments Apply strategic thinking, validated reasoning, and sound judgment to CAPAS-associated tasks and projects, articulating risks or concerns as needed Essential and Preferred Qualifications Required Qualifications 1-2 years of analytical experience working with large data sets for projects or trending/opportunity identification Preferred Qualifications Experience with RxClaim, particularly adjudication associated with PA overrides Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to run queries in RxClaim or Data Warehouse Experience using MS Access database Self-motivated with a strong, positive attitude, and excellent verbal communication and organizational capabilities Skills and Competencies Required for Success To excel in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical, business, and soft skills.
