About the Role: Data Entry Specialist We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Chile. As a remote entry-level position, you'll play a critical role in acquiring, developing, and managing high-value deals that enhance our product selection, competitive pricing, and customer convenience. Key Responsibilities Market Research and Analysis: Develop a deep understanding of the market segment, seasonality, and global trends/activities. Monitor competitor efforts and stay up-to-date on industry developments. Seller Acquisition and Management: Identify, prospect, and acquire high-quality sellers to our platform through direct sales visits, events, and presentations. Guide sellers through sharing best practices and data-driven insights to help them achieve high standards of delivery, customer experience, and business objectives. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve seller issues. Influence stakeholders to drive business growth and improve seller satisfaction. Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze complex data to inform business decisions and drive growth strategies. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree is required for this role. Sales Experience: 1-3 years of successful business-to-business sales experience, preferably in e-commerce, technology, retail, or FMCG industries. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in exceeding sales objectives using consultative and solutions-focused processes. Communication and Presentation Skills: Advanced communication and presentation skills, with a strong working knowledge of Excel and MS Office applications. Analytical and Quantitative Skills: Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment. Business Judgment: Remarkable business judgment with strong written and oral communication talents. Preferred Qualifications E-commerce Experience: 2+ years of e-commerce experience is a plus. Consumer Electronics Experience: 3+ years of experience in the consumer electronics sector is a plus. Direct Sales Experience: 3+ years of direct sales experience is a plus.
