As a Data Entry Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team, contribute to the success of our clients, and enjoy a range of benefits and perks, including: * Comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) with company match to support your future * Competitive paid time off, including vacation, holidays, and a floating day * Opportunities for professional development and career growth * A supportive and collaborative work environment **Key Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Accurately entering data into the QuickClaim system using a steady stream of images * Identifying document types based on the provided documentation * Reviewing and verifying data to ensure it meets or exceeds quality standards * Maintaining confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA standards * Interacting professionally with other staff as needed * Providing recommendations for process improvements * Completing daily tasks and performing other basic office duties as assigned **Hourly Pay and Schedule** * $12 per hour * Part-time and full-time positions available, with a preference for full-time * Minimum of 20 hours per week required * Shifts available between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday **What We're Looking For** We are seeking a self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic, ability to multitask and stay focused, high attention to detail and efficiency, and a quick learner with the ability to follow instructions.
