Key Responsibilities As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your main responsibilities will include: Accurately entering data into our system using a continuous stream of images. Identifying document types based on provided information. Reviewing and verifying that entered data meets quality standards. Ensuring all Personal Health Information (PHI) remains confidential in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Interacting professionally with other team members as needed. Suggesting improvements or enhancements to job processes. Completing all assigned tasks for the day. Performing other basic office duties as needed. Hourly Pay and Schedule We offer a competitive hourly pay rate of $12 per hour. Our scheduling options include part-time and full-time opportunities, with full-time preferred. A minimum of 20 hours per week is required. Available shifts range between 8:00 am-9:00 pm CST, Monday through Friday. Candidate Requirements To succeed in this role, you should have: A strong work ethic and self-motivation. The ability to multitask and work efficiently. A high level of attention to detail. The capability to learn quickly and follow instructions. A commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of client data. Proficiency in reading and speaking English. Typing Skills Requirements We require candidates to have excellent typing skills, meeting the following requirements: WPM Typing Test: 50 WPM with 95% accuracy.
