Job Overview In this part-time remote role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and colleagues to design, develop, and implement AI and ML models that predict, analyze, and resolve complex issues before they impact our operations. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement AI and ML models that predict and analyze data on hardware and software systems to prevent outages and pinpoint errors Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop AI and ML solutions to address these problems Design, code, test, debug, and document AI and ML models and solutions Support the integration of purchased solutions and the deployment of systems into production Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement data pipelines and architectures that support AI and ML solutions Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and ML and apply this knowledge to improve the performance and reliability of our systems Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in AI and ML, as well as experience working with data-driven statistical modeling, discriminative techniques, feature extraction and analysis, and supervised learning. You should also have experience working with programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and others. Additionally, you should have experience with data extraction, wrangling, visualization, and analysis, as well as experience working with large data sets and distributed computing environments. Preferred Qualifications While not required, experience handling data from multiple sources and through large data platforms (such as GCP, AWS, and others) is highly desirable. You should also have experience developing and deploying scalable AI and ML models and solutions, as well as experience investigating and implementing statistical models, AI algorithms, or other customized solutions that demonstrate significant impact in solving complex business problems. A graduate degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or other quantitative field is also preferred, although equivalent working experience may be considered.
