Key Responsibilities Drive the analysis, development, implementation, and measurement of analytical solutions that are significant to our business Turn vast amounts of data into business insights that improve the user experience and drive discovery and efficiency for app developers Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, product, and engineering, to foster the next generation of analytical solutions Work with large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop predictive models to inform business decisions Communicate complex analytical results in a clear and actionable way to influence product strategy and drive business outcomes Partner with engineering teams to meet the data needs of the business, translating business requirements into analytical specifications Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related quantitative field, with at least 6 years of professional experience Advanced degrees in these fields are a plus Experience in a data science role, ideally in the digital advertising industry or product analytics, with hands-on experience working with clickstream data or A/B experimentation Programming skills in Python and SQL, and experience with AWS, Snowflake, Spark, and Tableau Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional, and continually evolving environment Experience with complex quantitative analysis, including regression, classification, clustering, and time-series analysis Familiarity with data modeling and data warehousing principles, and experience working with current data technologies Practical experience with conducting experiments on large datasets Preferred Qualifications Deep experience with applied methodologies (predictive modeling, classification, feature influence estimation) and experience building reporting dashboards Ability to drive key business insights using analytical techniques and tools Collaborative mindset, with experience working with a wide range of data professionals and business leaders Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex analytical results in a clear and actionable way Imagination and creativity to develop and customize analytical solutions as needed Career Growth and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
